Huge Success at Kraemer Middle School Science Night!

Kraemer Middle School’s science night was a huge success! On October 20th, about 500 students attended this spectacular evening. During science night, students walked through classrooms and participated in numerous science activities. Mr. Evola, a 7th grade science teacher, ran the event. Many students seemed to enjoy science more after this event.

Science night consisted of about 10 stations. The stations centered around numerous Science Olympiad events. Science Olympiad is a science competition which middle schools compete throughout the country. Science Olympiad students ran and supervised the stations.  Some of the stations consisted of students launching bottle rockets, shooting air trajectory balls, and tossing paper airplanes. A scientist even gave short talks about chemistry!

Everyone seemed to enjoy their evening.
